World Environment Day was celebrated in our school on 5th June with great enthusiasm. The programme began with a special assembly highlighting the importance of protecting the environment.
Students from Classes 1 to 7 participated in various activities such as colouring, fancy dress, seed decoration, leaf collage making, poster creation, and seed ball distribution. Tree plantation and environmental songs added to the celebration.
The event helped students to understand the importance of saving nature and adopting eco-friendly habits. The programme concluded with a pledge to protect the environment and make the Earth a greener place.
